Refund policy

On-line returns

We hope that you will be happy with your order, however, if for any reason you wish to return something, you may do so, provided that the item(s) are unused and in perfect condition, complete with original packaging. All returns must be packed with the original dispatch note and returned to us at your own cost. We are a small newly established business and in order to keep our quality high, postage costs low and product pricing from increasing we ask that customers cover the return shipping fees unless the item is damaged or faulty.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an unwanted item to us for a full refund.

 

Showroom return policy

Items purchased in store can only be returned to us.
